- Server logs: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, timestamp. Retained for 30 days for security and traffic analysis. Not linked to individual identities.
- Contact form submissions: Name, phone number, email address, and any content included in the message. Retained for up to 12 months to process and respond to enquiries.
- Cookie consent preference: A single cookie recording whether you accepted or rejected cookies. No tracking identifier is stored in this cookie.
Cookies
WarmHearth.eu uses a single first-party cookie (wh_cookie_consent) to store your consent preference. This cookie does not contain personal data, does not track your browsing across websites, and expires after 365 days.
